Established in 2016, Central Asian International Medical University (CAIMU) in Kyrgyzstan is a premier institution recognized by WHO and NMC, offering an English-taught MBBS program. Known for its modern facilities and multicultural environment, CAIMU prepares students for global medical careers.
Central Asian International Medical University (CAIMU), located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, offers a 6-year MBBS program, which includes 5 years of academic study and a 1-year mandatory internship, designed for international students, particularly from India. The program is taught in English, ensuring accessibility for global students, and is recognized by WHO and NMC, allowing graduates to practice worldwide, including eligibility for the FMGE in India. The curriculum focuses on foundational medical sciences such as anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry in the initial years, transitioning to clinical training in areas like surgery and pediatrics, conducted at CAIMU’s affiliated hospitals.
CAIMU emphasizes practical learning with modern facilities, including simulation centers, advanced labs, and digital libraries, preparing students for real-world medical practice. The university fosters a multicultural environment, hosting students from various countries, providing a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for international students pursuing quality medical education in Central Asia.
6-year MBBS (5 years academic + 1-year internship), taught in English, recognized by WHO and NMC.
